IN-PERSON & VIRTUAL SESSIONS

I offer in-person and online 1x1 training, through a wide range of training modalities.  I'll work with you to craft a program aimed to meet and exceed your health and fitness goals.

 

In person, you'll have access to a full range of equipment from dumbbells, plates, and resistance bands, to Bosu, stability and slam balls. Everything is here to make your fitness dreams a reality. Whether it's in-person or online, I always strive to create a positive, fun environment while safely pushing you past your own expectations.

HI!
I’M KAELON

I was born and raised in Seattle and feel lucky to call this beautiful city home. I’ve been a NASM and TRX-certified personal trainer for over 6 years, and in that time I’ve gathered a wide-ranging clientele, from tech executives and musicians, to stay-at-home parents and retirees.

 

My training style is supportive, inclusive, and fun. As every workout should be! Because we all come from different backgrounds and ability levels, it’s my job to help you realize your body’s true potential. Outside the gym, I work as a professional actor, which I began when I was nine years old. Acting has taken me all over the country while filming for Disney, Nickelodeon, Microsoft, and numerous independent films. I starred in six seasons of the Emmy-winning PBS series Bizkids, and was chosen to ring the NYSE closing bell at 22. But whether I’m in front of the camera, or managing daily life, it always comes back to fitness. Keeping myself in shape pays dividends physically, mentally, and helps me stay true to the best version of myself. And I'm here to help you do the same.

  • What's the full list of equipment at your home gym?

  • What payment methods do you accept for sessions?
    I accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover, through Square and Apple Pay. I also accept cash and personal checks as needed.
  • How can I schedule a training session with you?
    Reach out! Send an email to workout@kaelonfitness.com to set up a free consultation session. Once you're an established client, we can communicate about scheduling via text or email.
  • What is your cancellation policy for training sessions?
    I require 24-hours notice to cancel a session. Less than 24 hours, and you'll be charged for the session. Obviously life happens, and if there is a family emergency or you're suddenly sick, we'll work to get you rescheduled without charge. Additionally, there is a 6-month window to complete a pack of sessions. This is generally plenty of time, but feel free to reach out if you foresee an issue.
  • What are your health and safety protocols?
    I have received all available Covid vaccines and boosters, in addition to a yearly flu shot. All mats, weights, and touch points are wiped/sanitized between sessions. I always ask clients to stay home if they're feeling sick, better safe than sorry!
